Do you work in English, Dutch or German?

Our admin team serves you in Spanish and English. Quotes and paperwork can be delivered in the language you prefer (ES/EN/NL/DE).

What is the boletín eléctrico and when do I need it?

It is the official Electrical Installation Certificate (CIE). It is required to connect the supply, switch provider or sell a property over 20 years old. We issue it after inspection, including any corrections the current regulation requires.

Do you work with community-of-owners buildings?

Yes. We regularly work with communities and building administrators: communal EV charging, common-area lighting, scheduled maintenance and repairs.

How long does a solar PV installation take?

From signing the quote to switch-on, around 3-5 weeks for an average home (6-9 kWp). The physical install is 1-2 days; the rest is paperwork.

Do you help with subsidies and tax relief?

Yes. We handle IBI and IVTM tax-relief applications, and advise on regional and Next Generation EU aid where applicable.

Do you attend emergency breakdowns?

We handle incidents in working hours, prioritising clients on a maintenance contract. For out-of-hours emergencies, contact us via WhatsApp.

Can I install an EV charger if my meter is small?

Yes, thanks to dynamic load management. In most cases there is no need to upgrade the supply; the charger adjusts its consumption to whatever is available.

Can I extend my smart-home setup later if I start simple?

We design installations with the future in mind. You can start with lighting and blinds and later add climate, audio or security without rewiring.

Do you apply reduced VAT on small renovations?

Accepted Answer

On eligible home renovations the reduced 10% VAT rate applies where regulation allows. It is shown on the quote.
